Terms of Use

By using sludgineers.hunt-games.com you accept these terms. This is an independent, unofficial Sludgineers guide and wiki provided free of charge, with no warranty as to accuracy.

Acceptance

By accessing this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Not official

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Snickerdoodle Games, Funk Games or Gamersky Games. It is an independent fan-run wiki. Nothing here should be taken as an official statement about Sludgineers. For official information, use the Official Links section in the footer of every page.

Accuracy and no warranty

We work hard to verify what we publish — every page carries a last-verified date and cites how its claims were checked. Nevertheless, this content is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Sludgineers is a live product. Patches change numbers, prices change, discounts expire, and storefront listings are updated. Information that was accurate on its verification date may not be accurate when you read it. Always check the official Steam store page before making a purchase decision. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here.

Intellectual property

Game content

Sludgineers and all related names, artwork, screenshots, video, logos, characters and trademarks are the property of Snickerdoodle Games, Funk Games, Gamersky Games and their respective owners. Game media on this site is used for identification, illustration and commentary, is served from the rights holders' own platforms, and is credited on every instance.

Other game titles referenced — including JankyBot, Moldwasher, Pacremental and Feed the Forest — are the property of their respective developers and publishers.

Rights holders who wish to have any asset removed should contact us via the about page; we will act promptly.

Our writing

Acceptable use

External links

This site links to external destinations including Steam, itch.io, Discord, YouTube and the developers' own sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. No outbound link on this site is an affiliate link and none earn us commission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site's operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published here, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

Pricing and purchasing information

This wiki publishes Sludgineers pricing, discount and availability information as a convenience. Those figures are read from the Steam store page on the date each page was verified, and they change — launch discounts expire, seasonal sales begin and end, and regional pricing is adjusted by the storefront rather than by the publisher.

We do not sell Sludgineers and we process no payments. Any purchase you make happens on Steam or itch.io under those platforms' own terms, refund policies and consumer-protection provisions. Always confirm the current price on the official store page before buying; we accept no liability for purchasing decisions made on the basis of a figure that has since changed.

Guide content is opinion, not instruction

Strategy recommendations on this Sludgineers wiki — which upgrades to buy first, which regions to farm, whether the game is worth its price — are the considered opinions of the contributors, based on observed game systems. They are not official guidance and they are not guaranteed to be optimal. Game balance changes with patches, and a route that was efficient on the verification date may not remain so.

Availability

We make no guarantee that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. It may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. Pages may be added, rewritten, merged or removed as the Sludgineers information landscape develops.

Governing terms

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and this site's operators regarding your use of sludgineers.hunt-games.com. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
